how they found me??

Something a little weird happened today and it’s been bothering me for most of the evening.

Recently I started noticing a few random people mentioning one of my old usernames in messages and comments. It’s not a name I’ve used for a long time, so seeing it suddenly appear again felt pretty strange. I honestly can’t remember where it might have been exposed.

What surprised me even more was that someone actually managed to find my account on another platform and sent me a message there. It wasn’t anything harmful, just a random comment about recognizing the name, but it still felt a bit unsettling.

I keep wondering how they even connected everything together. Maybe it was from some old screenshots, or a forgotten profile somewhere that still had the same name. The internet has a long memory, apparently.

Anyway, I spent a bit of time tonight checking some of my old accounts and settings. It might be a good idea to clean up a few things and remove information that’s no longer necessary. Sometimes you forget how many traces you leave online until something like this reminds you.

今天发生了一件有点奇怪的事情，晚上一直在想这件事。

最近突然有几个人在留言或者私信里提到我以前用过的一个旧网名。那个名字其实已经很久没用了，所以突然看到有人提起来的时候还是有点意外。

更离谱的是，居然还有人根据这个名字在另一个平台找到了我的账号，然后给我发了消息。虽然内容也只是随便说认出了这个名字，但还是让人感觉有点不太舒服。

我一直在想他们到底是怎么把这些信息联系起来的。可能是某些很久以前的截图，也可能是某个忘记改掉名字的旧账号。互联网有时候真的记得太多东西了。

晚上花了一点时间检查了一下自己的一些旧账号和资料，感觉确实该清理一下了。有时候不出这种事情，都不会意识到自己在网上留下了多少痕迹。
